Hartford, Tulsa Salary: $16.25 to 22.74 / an hourStatus: Full-Time 40 hrs/weekSchedule:Monday 10:00am - 7:00pm (flex with occasional Saturday)Tuesday 9:00am - 6:00pmWednesday 12:00pm - 9:00pmThursday 9:00am - 6:00pmFriday 9:00am - 6:00pmSaturdays 8:00am - 5:00pm (flex with Monday)Occasional Sundays 12:30pm - 5:00pm (with time off during week)The Rudisill Regional Library Lead Customer Service Assistant will: Oversee all facets of the Meeting Room services; Work with the Events Team for systemwide programming and special events; Participate and plan for the retail store in the new building; Act as a Person in Charge by opening and closing the building; May train and direct the duties of Customer Service Assistants, Shelvers and Volunteers;Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to learn and demonstrate the library's automated systems and self-service tools; Adept in technology including audi-visual equipment, learning new databases and consumer devices Must be flexible and adaptable in the type and location of work to be accomplished in order to provide superior customer service experiences, including evenings and weekends.Education and Experience: High school diploma or G.E.D. required; Some college level coursework preferred; One or more years of related experience; If not already certified, must complete the TCCL Lead CSA Certification Program (an in-house certification progrm): within 12 months of starting the positionPhysical Activity and Environmental Conditions: Work occasionally requires stooping, bending, light lifting (up to 20 lbs) may be required Work is typically conducted indoors with acceptable lighting , temperature and air conditions Routine in-town travel may be required occasionally
