Production Operator

Pay & Shifts: 1st Shift: $17.50/hr 2nd Shift: $19/hr Schedule: 1st or 2nd shift What You'll Do: Perform pre-assembly operations and assemble parts accurately Follow process specifications, routers, and drawings Cut leads, wrap tape, and set up/run lead cutting machines Complete inspections and document work according to standards Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods (10+ hours) Work independently while maintaining focus and precision Requirements: 0-4 years of assembly experience or proficiency in at least one job function Mechanically inclined with excellent manual dexterity Ability to work with small parts ( Basic math and measurement skills ITAR compliant Strong communication skills and ability to prioritize tasks Why You'll Love This Job: We offer a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, and 401(k) retirement plan.
