Here, you'll build a career where 'everyday' is anything but normal.Sodexo Live! is currently accepting applications for Kitchen Worker at the Orange County Convention Center, Orlando, FloridaThe Kitchen Worker is an entry-level, general kitchen utility position, responsible for performing a variety of duties related to culinary operations, including preparation of hot and cold food items, preparation of and replenishment of dishes for buffet presentation, stocking of kitchen supplies and tasks related to the maintenance, cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas.QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:Required:Flexible working schedule includes nights, weekends, and holidays.  Must be able to lift 50 pounds.  Must be able to communicate well with direct supervisors, clients, and other staff.  Receive daily assignments, set up and stock station as directed by Executive Chef or Sous Chef.  Prepare ingredients to be used for daily menu offerings.  Have a working knowledge of all culinary equipment.  Serve Safe Certification required.Ability to work under pressure and independently1 year experience in food preparation in a fast-paced environment.  Comply with Health Department regulations and requirements, as well as Sodexo Live's standards for sanitation and safe food handling.NOTE: Other requirements will be discussed during the interview.Job Type: Oncall PositionPay: $20.00Language: English (Required)Work Location: In personThank you for expressing interest in employment with Sodexo Live!.
