This company offers great culture, compensative pay and benefits, and growth potential.Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary: $80,000-$110,000 (paid weekly) Company Vehicle or Vehicle Allowance: $600-$800/month Health Benefits: 100% employer-paid for employee 401(k): Begins after 1 year, with 100% match Schedule: 40-45 hours/week (Typical day: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM) Commercial Construction Masonry Superintendent Key Responsibilities: Ensure site safety, daily inspections, scaffolding readiness Lead toolbox talks, safety documentation, and jobsite prep Coordinate with GCs and manage subcontracted labor Attend meetings, maintain daily reports, and preplan work weeks ahead Review drawings and ensure build quality Manage paperwork, permitting, and jobsite logistics Qualifications Commercial Construction Masonry Superintendent: Must have Load-Bearing CMU experience (non-negotiable) 5+ years in commercial masonry 1+ year as a superintendent Procore proficiency preferred (or must be willing to learn - all processes are digital) OSHA 30 is a plus Clean background Strong and stable job history - no job hoppers Project Types: CMU-type commercial buildings Schools Government facilities (e.g., Coast Guard) Precast / Veneer Structures requiring seismic/earthquake compliance Retrofit to brand new construction Hospitals, clinics, clean rooms, scan rooms, CP rooms, infusion rooms, data rooms, surgery rooms, office suites, power plants, parking decks/lots Resumes can be sent confidentially to me directly at uriel.torres@ for more information on this or any other opportunities you may have an interest inAll qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations.
