WELCOME TO NTA PRECISION AXLE CORPORATIONJob Title: Material Handler / Forklift DriverSUMMARYAssists in the production of quality parts by safely transporting parts and materials throughout the production facility. Assists in the proper disposal of waste product.Starting Wage: $19.00 per hourWe offer a 2nd Shift differential of $2.00 / 3rd shift differential of $3.00 per hour.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Operates industrial forklifts equipped to move materials around a warehouse, storage yard, factory, or similar location.Manually handles parts and supplies production lines at a fast pace.Participates in routing, counting, and inspecting items while loading and unloading trucks; delivers and returns items.Scan items for inventory.Must know and follow all safety rules.Other misc. duties deemed necessary by supervisor.Education and/or Experience Must have High School Diploma or GED Forklift experience and experience in a manufacturing environmentMust be able to safely work in a fast-paced environmentBasic math skills (add/subtract/multiply/divide whole numbers) and attention to detailsAble to use RF ScannerKnowledge of safety practicesSkill in both verbal and written communicationNTA treats all employees and applicants according to their individual qualifications, abilities, and experiences and adheres to all local and national employment rules and regulations where we operate.
