Project ManagerPosition Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while also managing the project team and maintaining strong communication with stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.Develop project plans, including defining scope, budget, schedule, and resources.Coordinate and communicate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project requirements are met.Monitor project progress and performance, and implement changes as necessary to achieve project goals.Conduct regular site visits to assess project status and ensure compliance with safety standards and specifications.Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction, preferably in commercial and industrial projects.Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with project management software and tools.BenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision, Life, IRA, Vacation and Personal time of
