Maintenance Technician

HiFyve is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician in the manufacturing industry in St. Louis, MO!Salary: $31 - $36.50/hour + company-paid benefits for employee and familyShift: Union environment - set schedule, but must be flexible to start on any shiftLocation: St. Louis, MOJob Duties and ResponsibilitiesPerform electrical and mechanical maintenance on production and facility equipment to maximize uptime and ensure smooth operations.Troubleshoot and repair systems including hydraulics, pneumatics, 3-phase motors, and variable speed drives.Diagnose issues using electrical test equipment, schematics, and PLCs.Fabricate, install, and modify equipment and systems as needed for production support.Rebuild and replace electrical and mechanical components to meet safety and performance standards.Communicate clearly with other shifts and maintenance leadership to ensure continuity of work.Support plant-wide safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.Maintain clean and organized work areas in accordance with housekeeping standards.Education RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GEDKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environmentStrong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, including 3-phase power and heavy industrial wiringSkilled in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systemsExperience with forklifts, overhead cranes, hoists, and variable speed drivesAbility to interpret electrical and mechanical schematics and technical manualsComfortable working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced settingProficient with computers and Windows-based systemsWillingness to learn new equipment and processesIf you are interested, please apply!
