CNC Mill Technician

CNC Mill Technician needed in Elmhurst, IL! Direct Hire! Our client is looking for an experienced CNC Mill Technician to add to their growing team! This employee will be responsible for the set up and programming of 5-axis milling machines according to specifications on blueprints, drawings, program sheets, instructions and process sheets. You will perform advance set-ups by mounting, aligning and securing tooling, fixtures, attachments and work pieces per set up instructions. The CNC Mill Technician is a Direct Hire opportunity. Pay is based on experience with a range of $40-45/hour. The hours are 6:00am - 2:30pm, Monday - Friday. Generous benefits package included! If you meet the qualifications below, apply today! Qualifications: - 7 - 10 years' experience with CNC Machining or relevant experience. - Technical School preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience with knowledge of programming software such as SolidWorks and Mastercam. - Experience/knowledge of Milling, Turning, Swiss-Turning machines. - Knowledge of G-codes and M-Codes, Mastercam or programming software, required. - Experience/knowledge using precision measurement instruments and working/reading blueprints.
