Outside Sales RepresentativeLocation: Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina, or South CarolinaSchedule: Monday-Friday, flexible (mainly remote with some travel)Compensation: $100k base salary + commission = $150k+ About our client: Our client has been family-owned and operated for 4 generations and have grown into the largest independent motor distributor in Georgia. Position OverviewWe are hiring an Outside Sales Representative to manage and grow accounts across Georgia, Tennessee, and the Carolinas. This role combines account management with business development: maintaining long-standing customer relationships while introducing a new product line to hundreds of potential buyers in the region. Key Responsibilities Build and grow a reseller/distributor network for electric motors and related products Manage established accounts and develop new business Sell motors, motor controls, gearboxes, pumps, compressors, HVAC components, and related products Promote a new global manufacturer partnership with highly competitive pricing Travel regionally 2-3 nights per week to meet customers and prospects Work with the inside sales team to ensure customers are supported Maintain accurate records of territory activity and sales Qualifications Proven experience in industrial electric sales (motors, controls, power transmission, pumps, or related fields) Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and able to manage time independently Willingness and ability to travel frequently Valid driver's license required Familiarity with distributor and reseller channels is a plus Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $100,000/year Earning potential: $150,000+ with commissions Company vehicle: 4-door pickup provided Travel expenses covered with company credit card Insurance: 50% employer-paid, choose your own plan 401(k): Company match up to 3% Flexible schedule - focus on results, not office time Why Join?
