Job Overview:Location: 30 Gauthier Drive, Essex Junction, Vermont, 05452Shift & Schedule:Full-Time | 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM | 3-4 Rotating ScheduleWeek 1: Friday-SundayWeek 2: Thursady-SundayFlexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed is required.As a DC Team Associate III, you will support key inventory and order management functions across the distribution center. You'll ensure product is received, located, and shipped accurately and efficiently while providing timely, detailed reporting and inventory reconciliation. This role also serves as a floor lead, supporting dock flow, safety, and system accuracy. Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, audit, and assign product to locations; validate open locations and consolidate as neededManage dock operations for efficient flow of pallets in/outComplete weekly/monthly cycle counts; quarantine pallets as necessaryRun reports and reconcile releasable orders within the Order Management System (OMS)Investigate and respond to inquiries from Order Management and ProductionMonitor and process Inter-Unit Transfers (IUTs) and MSRsEnsure accurate and timely shipment of all open orders and Inter-Company TransfersSupport system users and inventory accuracy initiativesLead or participate in daily huddles and process improvement activitiesCollaborate with Newport team members regularlyMaintain compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standardsPerform other duties as assigned Total Rewards:Starting pay: $26.50 per hour.Benefits (Effective Day One, Where Applicable):Medical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceDisability CoveragePaid Time Off (including vacation and sick leave)401(k) with company matchTuition ReimbursementMileage ReimbursementBenefits are subject to eligibility requirements and applicable collective bargaining agreements.
