What You'll Do Handle transportation-related litigation matters from start to finish Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and prepare for hearings and trials Manage your caseload independently (with partner oversight) Conduct in-depth legal research on complex procedural and substantive issues Interact professionally with clients and opposing counsel Build and maintain client relationships; support business development Collaborate with peer attorneys and support staff as part of a team What We're Looking For • Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania (required) • 3-5 years of litigation experience • Interest or background in transportation law strongly preferred • Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills • Professional, self-directed, and detail-oriented • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Westlaw, and/or LexisNexis Compensation & Bonus Base Salary: $85,000-$100,000 Candidates with 5+ years solid experience may qualify for up to $130,000 Eligible for up to $8,000 in annual bonuses $2,000 per quarter for every 400 billed hours Full bonus earned at 1600 billed hours/year Benefits You'll Love ❤ Group health, vision, and dental coverage 401(k) participation available 15 PTO days/year, accrued monthly (with rollover options) Paid holidays: New Year's Day Memorial Day Independence Day Labor Day Thanksgiving Day & Friday Christmas Eve & Christmas Day Office Environment This is a fully in-office position, with regular support staff coverage from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
