With excellent retention, competitive benefits, and leadership that treats the team like family, it's a company where a Superintendent can build a lasting and rewarding career.Job DescriptionThe Interior Superintendent - Office & Healthcare Projects will be responsible for:Overseeing daily on-site operations for interior construction projectsManaging subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to ensure quality and efficiencyMaintaining project schedules and resolving delays proactivelyEnforcing OSHA standards, safety policies, and jobsite cleanlinessCoordinating with Project Managers, clients, and design teams to resolve issuesReviewing drawings, specifications, and submittals for accuracy and complianceConducting site meetings and walkthroughs to monitor progress and workmanshipTracking milestones, inspections, and punch lists for timely completionManaging material deliveries, storage, and inventory for interiors projectsUtilizing Procore and MS Office for reporting and document controlBuilding and maintaining strong client relationships on-siteDelivering high-quality finishes with strong attention to detailLeading closeout processes including inspections, warranties, and turnover packages MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
