Job Description:We are currently seeking a Commercial Building Maintenance Technician to join our team! Successful candidate will be a reliable individual skilled in the construction trades, with demonstrated experience in building maintenance and maintenance person services. You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks. Area of service Palm Beach County.PM21Responsibilities:Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashionManage time effectively, and perform work in a safe and professional mannerEstimate time and extent of repairsOversee work performed by outside contractors as necessaryPrepare work order invoices and related documentation in written and electronic formatQualifications:Previous experience in building maintenance and construction trades, i.e. plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, tile, etc.Familiarity with construction tools and equipment.
