Meriwether Godsey is looking for an Account Manager responsible for overseeing the retail and catering operations at a coeducational, college-preparatory school located in Gill, MA.Full-Time PositionRate of Pay DOESchedule is Tuesday-Saturday with special events and caterings requiring flexibility What the Account Manager will do:Supervise retail operations to ensure high-quality service standards and presentations are met Monitor and supervise the setup and maintenance of the cafeteria area and food stations to ensure quality standards Assist leadership in supervising and assessing staff needs, supporting purchasing and inventory activities Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients, customers, and employees Foster an inclusive environment for all staff and guests, while maintaining effective client and customer-centric relationships Ability to own a catering event and handle all aspects in a highly professional and organized manner with quality results for the client What the Account Manager will need:5 years of food service or retail-related food serviceManagement and leadership experience required FBI background check required ServSafe® Certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of employmentFood Prep experience Ability to lift and push 50 pounds or more of inventory items Experience using online Food Management Systems/Point of Sale Systems preferredGrowing knowledge of sustainable practicesHigh levels of professionalism and strong leadership skills Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsEmerging leadership skills and strong customer service orientationAbility to work in a collaborative team environment while fostering strong client and customer relationshipsExperience in all areas of: Management, Catering, and Payroll What the Account Manager will get: Competitive Pay, Uniforms, Meals, Training and Mentorship, and Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, etc.) Meriwether Godsey offers significant opportunities for growth and career advancement.
