Position Overview: The Assistant Project Manager will provide support to the Project Manager in the coordination of commercial, industrial, and electrical construction projects.Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Lead project meetings and communicate project status to the Project Manager, clients, and other stakeholders. Track and document project deliverables, milestones, and tasks. Monitor and report on project progress and provide regular updates. Compile submittal packages and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers. Manage project budget and cost tracking. Develop construction schedules and perform regular schedule updates. Ensure project requirements are met and compliance with applicable codes and regulations. Provide project support and assistance with contract administration and claims. Assist with quality control and safety inspections.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in project management, construction management, electrical engineering, or related field. 3+ years of experience in project management or related experience in the construction industry. Knowledge of electrical construction practices, NEC codes, and Accubid. Ability to effectively organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
