Payroll Manager

Description We are looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee and manage payroll processes for a large and diverse workforce. This role requires expertise in handling multi-state payroll and full-cycle payroll operations while ensuring compliance with all regulations. This is a long-term contract position based in Alpharetta, Georgia. Responsibilities: - Manage and execute full-cycle payroll operations for over 500 employees across multiple states. - Ensure payroll compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including tax filings and reporting. - Process and review payroll data using ADP Workforce Now and SAP systems. - Collaborate with HR and finance teams to address payroll discrepancies and resolve employee inquiries. - Prepare and analyze payroll reports to support decision-making and budgeting processes. - Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation for audits and compliance purposes. - Implement best practices to improve payroll efficiency and accuracy. - Utilize Microsoft Excel for advanced payroll calculations and data analysis. Requirements - Proven experience managing full-cycle payroll for large organizations with 500+ employees. - Knowledge of multi-state payroll regulations and compliance requirements. - Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and SAP systems for payroll processing. - Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions for data analysis. - Familiarity with payroll tax laws and reporting requirements. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to handle complex payroll scenarios.
