Ford is seeking an experienced, lead level, Senior Android Automotive engineer for the development of In-Vehicle Infotainment (IVI) systems for a groundbreaking new line of Electric Vehicles (EVs). This role will involve designing, architecting, and implementing Android Automotive applications to create a seamless, intuitive, and connected user experience for Ford's next-generation vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background and history in Android Automotive application development, team leadership, and a passion for innovative automotive technologies. Responsibilities include providing mentorship and technical guidance to less experienced team members, helping to drive technical strategy, and ensuring the successful integration of Android systems with Ford's EV ecosystem. This person will also be responsible for helping define project timelines, and collaborating closely with other teams to deliver high-quality IVI solutions.
