Project Manager - Heavy Civil Construction

Are you a seasoned construction professional with a passion for leading complex infrastructure projects? We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and drive the success of large-scale heavy civil construction projects. This role offers the opportunity to lead high-impact work while collaborating with a dynamic team of engineers, superintendents, and field staff.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all aspects of project execution including safety, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.Develop and implement site-specific safety programs and ensure compliance with all regulations.Manage project financials including pay estimates, cost forecasting, and cash flow.Oversee contract administration, change orders, document control, and project meetings.Mentor and evaluate project staff to support career development and performance.Collaborate with estimating teams to support bidding efforts and secure new work.Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure project satisfaction.QualificationsRequired:8+ years of experience in heavy civil/infrastructure construction.5+ years in a supervisory role managing multi-million dollar projects.Strong knowledge of construction methods, cost management, and scheduling.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Preferred:Experience with HCSS Heavy Job, Heavy Bid, PlanGrid, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Vista Viewpoint.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.BenefitsCompetitive salaryCompany vehicle and gas card provided for all business-related travel.Full coverage for medical, dental, and vision insurance-because your health matters.401(k) with a company match of up to 4% of your annual base salary.Paid Time Off program which allows individuals to accrue at least 15 days per yearPaid Holidays (in addition to the Paid Time Off program)Participation in the Company's Project Specific Incentive Program (PSIP)
