Tax ManagerPosition Overview We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Tax Manager to join our finance team. The successful candidate will oversee tax compliance and strategy, ensuring that all tax-related matters are handled efficiently and in accordance with regulations. The Tax Manager will play a critical role in optimizing our tax position and minimizing liabilities for our clients and the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee the preparation and filing of various tax returns including individual, partnership, and corporate taxes.Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws.Conduct tax research and analysis to interpret tax legislation and provide guidance on tax implications of business decisions.Review and improve tax processes and controls to enhance efficiency and minimize risk.Coordinate and collaborate with external tax advisors and auditors during tax audits and reviews.Provide training and support to junior staff on tax compliance and best practices.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.CPA certification is required.Proven experience as a Tax Manager or similar role.Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations; experience with individual, partnership, and corporate taxation is a plus.Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and leadership abilities.Benefits Vacation/PTOMedicalDentalVision401kBonusRelocationTelecommute
