Regional General Manager (IN TRAINING)

Overview REGIONAL GENERAL MANAGER - IN TRAINING - RESIDENTIAL HOME IMPROVEMENTS EXPERIENCE PREFERRED Great Day Improvements LLC, an innovator and leader in the home remodeling market is currently seeking a driven and experienced General Manager - IN TRAINING to oversee all aspects of the Branch Operations in our PACIFIC NORTHWEST Region. This position would oversee branch locations in WASHINGTON, OREGON & BRITISH COLUMBIA. This position would require a candidate that is open to Regional specific travel up to 50% of the year. Great Day Improvements is a vertically integrated company who designs, manufactures, sells and installs the Patio Enclosures sunroom and Stanek window products. Responsibilities * Job and project management utilizing our in-house CRM system * Oversee implementation of our customer satisfaction process. * Responsible for job profitability, job costing, budgeting, etc. * Recruit, hire, and train teams based on capacity needs. * Oversee performance of the teams and train them on proper procedures. * Evaluate and monitor performance and quality standards of sub-contractors. * Oversee training of proper installation procedures for all of company products. * Oversee and perform, if necessary, measures, breakouts and order materials accordingly. * Ensure that safety standards are reviewed and implemented. * Meet with customers to review difficult and/or complicated jobs or to solve difficult service problems. * Maintain a rolling 30-day installation schedule. Qualifications * Minimum of 5 years' experience in general management, preferably in the remodeling or residential construction industry. * P&L responsibility preferred. * Experienced in team building and management preferred. * Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills. * Must be process oriented. * Excellent customer relations and problem-solving skills are required. * Experience in dealing with multiple trades and sub-contractors. * Must be competent in the use of technology, experience with MS Excel a plus.
