Job DescriptionCTR Group is seeking several Structrual Welders in Norfolk, VA. Immediate openings and urgently hiring! RESPONSIBILITIES:Perform structural welding on ship components and industrial materialsRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbolsOperate welding equipment safely and efficientlyConduct inspections to ensure weld quality and complianceCollaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlinesFollow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work areaREQUIREMENTS:Prior experience in shipyard or industrial welding environmentsProficiency in MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding techniquesAbility to pass weld tests and meet quality standardsFamiliarity with OSHA safety regulationsAbout CTR Group: CTR Group operates in the staffing and recruitment industry, Nationwide for over 35 years.
