What We Offer * $18.25 per hour * Monday - Thursday | 6:30am - 5:00pm with OT as needed on Friday Night * Health benefits, including telehealth medical services * Opportunity for advancement * Referral program What We're Looking For * High School Diploma (preferred) * Basic English language competency * 2 - 3 years of manufacturing experience required * Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements * Ability to read and follow specific work instructions * Flexibility to handle frequent business needs and changes * Ability to lift 26 - 50 lbs What You'll Do as an Assembler * Assemble units safely and within standard cycle times * Operate equipment safely and effectively * Support standardized work processes and team-oriented goals * Participate in continuous improvement activities and 5S activities * Verify correct part numbers and ensure prior parts are assembled or welded correctly * Various responsibilities * Perform other tasks as assigned
