Description:Position Description:Maintenance: Assist with routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative work orders.Apartment Turnovers: Perform make-ready tasks to prepare apartments for new residents, including repairs, painting, and cleaning.Communication: Maintain clear communication with residents, employees, and contractors to ensure transparency and efficiency.Problem-Solving: Identify and address maintenance issues proactively, implementing solutions to improve property operations.Documentation: Maintain notes on all work orders, progress updates, and ensure all tasks are completed according to schedule and budget.Position Requirements:Experience: Multi-family maintenance experience is preferred.
