Known for their financial stability, collaborative culture, and commitment to quality, they are expanding their portfolio with some of the region's most notable projects.Job DescriptionLead all aspects of project execution from pre-construction through closeout on a $100M+ multifamily development.Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships.Oversee and mentor project teams, ensuring alignment with company standards and project goals.Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to resolve challenges and maintain project momentum.Drive progress meetings and ensure reporting accuracy to stakeholders and executive leadership.Enforce safety compliance and ensure projects meet all regulatory requirements.
