This is a Southeast traveling role with a Top 400 ENR General Contractor.Job DescriptionOversee and manage all commercial aspects of large-scale construction projects.Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and cost control.Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to maximize profitability.Lead contract negotiations and manage claims to minimize risks.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards on-site.Supervise and mentor site teams to maintain high productivity and morale.Report project progress and commercial status to senior management regularly.
