They are seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Midwest, with opportunities for upward promotion throughout the company.Job DescriptionTerritory Management: Take full ownership of the assigned territory, including all customer revenue, bookings, and gross margin.Sales: Promote and sell the complete range of company solutions. Maintain existing customer relationships while driving deeper penetration within each account. Engage cross-functional teams within the customer's organization, including engineering, program management, purchasing, and operations.Key/Strategic Account Management: Communicate customer requirements across all levels of the organization to improve success rates and customer satisfaction. Build strong partnerships between the company and its customers.Forecast Ownership: Clearly communicate major customer forecasts and strategic insights to the organization to support closing key opportunities.New Business Development: Identify and manage a portfolio of new business opportunities. Document all opportunities thoroughly in Salesforce, including key actions and required support.
