Job DescriptionActively interviewing - APPLY NOW!! About the Opportunity: A well-established law firm in Memphis is seeking a motivated Litigation/Probate Attorney to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who thrives in the courtroom, values client relationships, and wants to build a long-term career with a firm that offers professional growth and support. Key Responsibilities: Handle probate, estate, and trust litigation matters from intake through resolution. Represent clients in contested probate matters, will contests, guardianships, and related disputes. Manage general litigation matters as assigned. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents. Appear in court, conduct hearings, and handle trials. Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court. Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school. Active license (in good standing) with the Tennessee State Bar. Minimum 2-10 years of litigation experience; probate/estate litigation strongly preferred. Litigation: business disputes, business litigation, personal injury, probate administration Small Transactional: business buy/sell matters, largely from probate cases Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Ability to manage multiple cases independently while working collaboratively with a team. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
