As Deputy Project Leader for MEP Construction, you'll play a central role in transforming complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems into seamless modular solutions. If you thrive on strategy, execution, and helping teams excel - this role puts you at the heart of it all.What You'll DriveSupport senior project managers in planning and executing modular MEP construction projects across diverse vertical marketsCoordinate directly with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely, budget-conscious project deliveryOversee detailed MEP installations and guide shop drawing development and field executionChampion modular construction methodologies - from fabrication and transport to installation and final commissioningLead kickoff meetings and mentor project teams to ensure cohesion, safety, and accountabilityConduct site surveys and cost studies to support forecasting and fiscal accuracyIdentify and implement cost-saving strategies, QA/QC enhancements, and construction best practicesCollaborate cross-functionally on estimate development using platforms like AccubidManage permits, inspections, and closeout processes to keep projects on track and fully compliantWhat You BringBachelor's in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)5+ years of experience with MEP or modular construction - or 3+ years with an advanced degreeFamiliarity with modular construction workflows and MEP systems throughout their full lifecycleExperience managing projects in federal, government, commercial, or mission-critical sectors, ranging from $2M-$30M+Strong fluency in project scheduling and coordination tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, Bluebeam, Excel)Knowledge of estimating platforms (Accubid), and Microsoft Office SuiteSkills & SuperpowersClear, confident communicator with exceptional leadership instinctsKeen problem-solver with a knack for finding practical, high-impact solutionsAbility to lead diverse teams through fast-paced environments with integrity and focusTech-savvy and adaptable - able to learn, teach, and optimize software tools to improve outcomesBenefits Vacation/PTOMedicalDentalVision401kBonusRelocationTelecommute
