Known for their technical expertise, strong safety culture, and ability to deliver on complex projects, they have built long-standing partnerships with top general contractors and developers in the region.Job DescriptionSupport the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing shell construction on high-rise projects.Manage project documentation, including contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.Assist in scheduling, cost tracking, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors to resolve issues and maintain project flow.Monitor quality and safety standards on-site, ensuring compliance with company and client requirements.Prepare and review progress reports to keep stakeholders informed.
