This position offers the opportunity to join a stable, growing organization with a strong reputation for service excellence. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage an inside sales team, setting performance goals and providing coaching. Drive new business opportunities while strengthening existing customer relationships. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Manage contracts, renewals, and upselling opportunities. Collaborate with Operations and Marketing teams to ensure seamless client service. Track and report on sales performance using CRM and reporting tools. Qualifications: 5+ years of sales experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role. Background in waste management, recycling, disposal, environmental services, or related industries is strongly preferred. Proven ability to manage and motivate sales teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills. Strong organizational and reporting abilities.
