Project ManagerPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion handling commercial projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while managing various stakeholders effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring project goals are met.Create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.Conduct regular project meetings to provide updates and gather feedback from team members and stakeholders.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.Experience with High Rise and Mid Rise construction projects is a plus.Familiarity with hotel and tower site development projects is desirable.Knowledge of commercial construction practices is an advantage.BenefitsSalary: $120K - $190K DOEVacation/PTOMedical, Dental, Vision Insurance401kRelocation
