Project ManagerPosition Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of various construction projects, with a focus on multi-family residences, including apartments, senior living facilities, and condominiums. The ideal candidate will ensure that all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop project plans, including objectives, timelines, and budgetsCoordinate and manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completionLiaise with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and collaborationMonitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completionConduct regular site visits to oversee construction activities and ensure compliance with safety regulationsPrepare and present project reports, including status updates and financial forecastsManage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring quality workmanship and timely delivery of materialsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related fieldProven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, specifically in multi-family projectsStrong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality controlExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressureProficient in project management software and toolsCertification in Project Management (PMP) is a plus
