Triple Hat - Super/QC/Safety

Insight Global is looking for an individual that has Superintendent, Quality Control, and Site Safety experience to join one of their federal contracting clients in San Antonio, TX. The individual will be vital part in ensuring all aspects of the construction project meet the required standards and will be supporting a USACE program. Additional responsibilities include developing and implementing QC programs, inspecting and reviewing, monitoring materials, coordinating with stakeholders, documentation, training, develop and implement safety policies, conduct inspections, incident investigation, emergency planning, and equipment safety, and compliance. This is a fully onsite position - 5 days a week. Day to day: • Create and maintain quality control standards for projects • Conduct inspections of construction sites to ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations and project specifications • Ensure all materials meet required quality standards • Work closely with project managers, contractors, and engineers to address and resolve quality issues • Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and quality control activities • Educate construction personnel on QC procedures and best practices • Ensure that all construction activities comply with health and safety regulations We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
