Phlebotomy - Phlebotomist I - 1st Shift

Job: Phlebotomist I Duration: 3 Months  Shift: alternating week schedule A schedule: M-F 8 am-3:30 pm, Sat 6 am-12 pm B schedule: M-F 7 am-3:30 pm Location: Bay Shore, NY 11706 Job Description: Ability to provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision. Excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric. *Flexible and available based on staffing needs, which includes weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime.* Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred. Phlebotomy certification preferred (Required in California, Nevada, and Washington). Work Experience: Minimum of 6 months of experience. One(+) year of phlebotomy experience preferred. Customer service in a retail or service environment is preferred. Keyboard/data entry experience is a must. Additional Job Details: Must be able to use a straight needle. #TB_HC
