Coke Florida is looking for a Warehouse Clerk based out of our Orlando location, working the morning shift, starting at either 5:00AM or 8:00AM and working until finish. Weekend availability is required.What You Will Do:As a Coke Florida Clerk, you will be responsible for performing routine clerical duties in accordance with standard administrative office procedures to support facility operations.Roles and Responsibilities:Answer and route incoming telephone calls; serve as a point of contact for transportation-related inquiriesPerform accurate and timely data entry of driver logs, delivery records, and transportation metricsMaintain organized files and documentation, including DOT compliance records, trip sheets, and bill of ladingAssist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly transportation reports and performance dashboardsCoordinate incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and routine correspondenceInteract with drivers, dispatchers, warehouse staff, and customers to support delivery schedules and resolve issuesAssist with scheduling, dispatching, and route tracking as neededOrder and maintain office and department supplies, ensuring availability for daily operationsFor this role, you will need:High school diploma or GED requiredStrong written and verbal communication skillsBasic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and database applicationsAbility to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail in a fast-paced environmentAdditional qualifications that will make you successful in this role:Some college coursework or an associate degree preferredPrior experience with SAP or similar ERP systems strongly preferredFamiliarity with DOT regulations and transportation/logistics terminology is a plusStrong organizational and time management skills
