Back Office Medical Assistant - Cardiology Clinic

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Back Office Medical Assistant with strong administrative skills for a Contract-to-Hire (CTH) position. Perform back-office duties, including patient rooming and vital signs. Handle a variety of administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and preparing patient charts. Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, handling inbound calls and directing inquiries. Assist with pulling patient records, especially from Epic EMR, and managing insurance authorizations. Medical Assistant diploma or certificate. Demonstrated experience in a front-office or administrative role. Prior experience in an oncology or specialized medical setting (preferred). Schedule / Shift Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (with the option for an 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM shift).
