They were established over 75 years ago and are a green, ecofriendly manufacturer, with an excellent company culture.Job DescriptionThe 3rd Shift Production Supervisor will be responsible for:Overseeing 9+ employees on the manufacturing floorLeading project teams, functional units, or multiple smaller groups within area of expertise.Overseeing budgets, staffing, and operational results to ensure business objectives are met.Managing individual contributors and, when applicable, other supervisors or team leads.Auditing processes and outputs to ensure compliance with production specifications.Maintaining accurate production records and generate required reports.Optimizing operations to deliver high-quality products while controlling costs.Training, coaching, and evaluating production staff to support performance and development.Contribute to the company's positive company cultureApply today for immediate consideration!
