Maintenance Technician

Nesco Resource is hiring for a Maintenance Technician in Ladson, SC. Apply today!   Key Responsibilities:   Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and repairs on CNC machines, grinders, lathes, and other industrial manufacturing equipment   Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems   Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime   Maintain and repair HVAC systems, facility lighting, plumbing, and other building infrastructure as needed   Complete work orders using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)   Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards (OSHA, EHS)   Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives   Maintain detailed records of all maintenance work   Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to ensure operational goals are met   Qualifications:   3+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance (aerospace or automotive a plus)   Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical troubleshooting, and PLC basics   Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and electrical schematics   Experience with CNC machinery and cleanroom environments preferred   High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree a plus   Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle emergency maintenance needs   Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods   Work Environment: This position supports a precision aerospace bearing manufacturing facility.
