Their culture fosters long-term growth and loyalty within the team.Job DescriptionThe Northern New England - Estimator (NH, ME or VT) will be responsible for:Comprehensive expertise in construction materials, methods, practices, and contracts.Proficient in using Sage Estimating software, Microsoft Office applications (Excel, SharePoint, etc.), and Adobe Acrobat.Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.Ability to effectively interpret bid documents and create construction detail sketches.Skilled in estimating project costs using probability, providing detailed insights into overall expenses, part-specific costs, and project timelines.Effective communicator, both visually through sketches and diagrams, and verbally.Familiarity with measurement techniques, economic principles, and business fundamentals.Strong abstract thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a critical and analytical mindset.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
