If you are looking for a terrific GC that is still growing, with amazing culture and an excellent work life balance, this Construction Project Manager opportunity could be for you.Job DescriptionThe successful Construction Manager will:Act as the owner's representative, coordinating between developers, contractors, and stakeholders.Oversee budgets, schedules, and quality control to ensure successful project delivery.Lead on-site teams and ensure compliance with safety and building standards.Communicate progress and resolve issues promptly to keep projects on track.Oversee site preparation and development activities to achieve "pad ready" status, including grading, utilities installation, and infrastructure work.Secure necessary permits and ensure all construction activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations. Address compliance issues during the project lifecycle.Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and other relevant regulations. Conduct safety audits and address any issues promptly.Maintain accurate records of construction progress, budgets, and contracts.
