Lead High-Quality Multi-Family ProjectsStability in a Growing Market - Strong Project PipelineAbout Our ClientA well-established construction firm located in the western suburbs of Chicago is seeking a Site Superintendent to oversee multi-family residential projects. Known for delivering high-quality developments and maintaining strong client relationships, the company offers a collaborative work environment and long-term career growth.Job DescriptionOversee all on-site construction activities and subcontractor coordination.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.Maintain project schedules and communicate progress with project managers.Conduct daily site inspections and quality control checks.Resolve field issues and proactively manage risks.Collaborate with architects, engineers, and inspectors to ensure smooth execution.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
