Job DescriptionCompensation: $70,000 - $85,000 annually (Dependent on Experience)Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10pm. - 6:30am. Our focus is to build a team that can bring refreshing new ideas and insights to the table and that begins with our diverse workforce.Job DescriptionThe Production Supervisor is responsible for supervising a team of production personnel while overseeing manufacturing processes to ensure that safety and quality standards are met.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesSupervise team of production employees; ensure team is adequately staffed, managed, trained and evaluatedMonitor the production process and perform routine checks to ensure that work is carried out according to standard operating procedureEnsure equipment within assigned area is in proper working order at all timesVerify the readiness of the production line at start-up and supervise change-oversManage line efficiencies, key performance indicators and down timeManage within budgetary and operational guidelinesMake recommendations and implement processes to improve the overall efficiency, quality and safety of production operationsJob RequirementsHigh school diploma, GED or equivalent required; bachelor's degree strongly preferredA minimum of 3 years of Production or Manufacturing experience requiredPrevious supervisory and/or leadership experience preferredExperience working with manual or powered pallet jacks preferred; forklift certification a plusKnowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) preferredIntermediate computer and database skillsStrong analytical, decision making and problem solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to effectively supervise and motivate employees
