Job DescriptionJob Title: Senior Accountant Location: Flowery Branch Georgia Salary Range: 75k-80kOverview:We are seeking a skilled Senior Accountant to support a dynamic organization with three operational entities-one brokerage division and two asset-side divisions. This role will focus primarily on the asset side, with responsibilities spanning across all entities.Key Responsibilities:Lead month-end close processes across all three divisionsManage and oversee accounts payable and receivable functionsPerform general ledger maintenance and journal entriesHandle billing functions, particularly on the asset sideSupport budgeting and forecasting efforts for each divisionCollaborate with internal teams to ensure financial accuracy and complianceAssist with internal and external audits as neededQualifications:Proven experience in multi-entity accounting, preferably in real estate or asset managementStrong understanding of month-end close and financial reportingProficient in budgeting and forecastingDetail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skillsExperience with relevant accounting softwarePreferred Skills:Experience in real estate, property management, or asset servicesKnowledge of AP/AR workflows and cash managementStrong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP/accounting platformsPlease send your resume to Andree@ for immediate consideration.
