You will manage the day-to-day functions of our office to ensure flawless operations. You will play an integral role in ensuring the success of our team through effective organization, prioritization and a hands-on approach. As Executive Assistant and DC Office Manager, will be responsible for: • Providing an excellent first impression of our company to senior policymakers and staff interacting with Baker Hughes • Managing the flow of information, organizing appointments and maintaining up-to-date calendars to ensure effective prioritization of tasks • Coordinating logistics, domestic and international travel arrangements for your team to maximize time, efficiency and value • Providing extensive office and administration services and supporting departmental logistics to enable the success of our team • Assisting with event management and delivering bespoke special projects to support our strategic initiatives • Preparing of reports, correspondence and presentations to provide exceptional and professional documentation for our function and stakeholders Expected Role Challenges None Is the Position Onshore / Offshore Onshore Working Conditions - describe the physical environment / conditions the worker will be working in Office Are there any safety risks associated with the role?
