Job Title: Patient Services Representative I (Entry Level) Location: Miami, FL Shift: Mon–Fri, 6:30 AM–2:30 PM; Rotational Saturdays, 6:30 AM–11:00 AM Duration: 6 Months Job Summary: We're hiring an Entry-Level Patient Services Representative (PSR I) in Miami, FL. This is a front desk role with on-the-job Phlebotomy training. You'll greet patients, assist with check-ins, maintain the lobby, and grow into clinical support duties. High customer service skills are essential. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist patients at check-in (via kiosk or tablet) Maintain a clean and welcoming lobby environment Learn and assist with basic phlebotomy tasks during downtime Handle patient questions with care and professionalism Follow proper procedures for confidentiality and data entry Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (required) 1–2 years of customer service experience (retail, home health, etc.) Willingness to learn phlebotomy Reliable transportation (not bus or rideshare) Must be punctual and live within a 20–25 min commute
