Accounting Manager

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking an Accounting Manager to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $90,000 to $110,000 per year. Job Responsibilities: Manage QuickBooks Premier 2016 for all accounting activities.Handle K1 forms, P&L statements, and invoices for vendors, materials, and suppliers.Collaborate with the CPA firm, project manager, and insurance broker on renewals and shop rates.Ensure owners and clients are satisfied with the current accounting processes.Oversee monthly client invoicing and manage cost-plus contracts and billable hours. Requirements: Have experience with QuickBooks Premier 2016.Be responsible for K1 forms, P&L statements, and vendor invoices.Work effectively with a CPA firm, project manager, and insurance broker.Maintain client satisfaction with the current accounting processes.Manage monthly client invoicing and cost-plus contracts.
