Overview Position Title: Senior Plumbing Sales Technician Company: The Tankless Guys Plumbing Corp Location: South Bay / San Jose & Surrounding Areas Compensation: Commission-based with the potential to earn up to $150,000+ per year & Performance Bonus. The first 90 days will be an hourly rate of $60.00 per hour, depending on experience. This role is ideal for seasoned residential plumbing professionals with a passion for service and sales. You/'ll be the trusted expert who evaluates, educates, and delivers high-value solutions to homeowners—from tankless water heater installs to full-scale repipes.
