Our team is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee large-scale developments and ensure successful delivery from groundbreaking to completion.Job DescriptionLead multifamily projects through all phases: planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution, and closeout.Manage contracts, budgets, change orders, and reporting with precision.Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.Mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.Ensure project safety, quality control, and adherence to timelines and company standards.
