The Supervisor of Provisioning is responsible for a team that manages the lifecycle of accounts for our Identity Governance tool, oversees compliance processes and access permissions to shared data, provisions and de-provisions user account access, and provides audit compliant reviews for SOX and non-SOX applications. The team works closely with both internal and external audit teams and is considered an expert in these areas of compliance. The team works in a dynamic environment, providing a global service based in Bartlesville. Responsibilities May Include: Leading a team of analysts responsible for overseeing data governance, compliance, and understands Phillips 66 company policies and digital standards. Managing annual global compliance and attestation processes. Interacting with internal and external audit teams to ensure integrity of data and applications. Creating and maintaining procedural documentation for the team, while looking for continuous improvement opportunities in processes and automation of work. Prioritizing work across various enhancement requests and the needs of the business units. Required Qualifications: Legally authorized to work in the job posting country High school diploma or GED 3 or more years of experience in IT Familiarity and basic understanding of Microsoft Active Directory and end user provisioning activities Ability to effectively work under pressure and execute well in high visibility situations Strong problem solving and analytical skills Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Technology, or related 2 years or more of experience in information security, compliance, identity and access management, user provisioning, and account lifecycle management Strong written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability to influence Demonstrated focus on process efficiency, accuracy, service delivery and customer service Prior experience in the oil and gas industry, especially refining, midstream, transportation, crude, or gas trading Total Rewards At Phillips 66, providing access to high quality programs and care for you and your family is important to us.
