With a strong pipeline of projects and a commitment to quality and innovation, they are looking to add a talented Estimator to their established team.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for ground-up and tenant improvement projectsSolicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bidsReview plans and specifications to identify project scope and potential riskDevelop project budgets and assist in value engineering solutionsWork closely with project managers and clients during the preconstruction phaseParticipate in design-build and negotiated project pursuitsMaintain and update historical cost data and pricing trendsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
